State Hours

When using the chart below, remember to compare the state of your residence with the state where your offense occurred and take the one with the higher number of hours. If you refused or your BAC level was over .15, you may fall into the Level II Category and require more hours.

This is a guideline only. It is your responsibility to make sure you are taking the correct number of hours and correct class type. If you are unsure of the number of hours needed, check your court order or contact the court where your offense occurred.
