• Be on time, after 5 minutes late you will be locked out and miss the class which will terminate your participation unless you notified us one hour prior.
• If you need to miss a class session you must let us know 1 hour prior to the class in order to make up the class during the next set of sessions.
• You must attend the entire class
• Do not log off the zoom call as you may not be able to log back in.

Conduct:

• No driving, or other distracted activities during the session.  If you have to view the class from a vehicle you must be on the passenger side.
• No walking around during class or doing anything that is distracting to other participants.  You will be given 1 to 2 breaks during class if you need to take care of something.
• No using any mind altering substances during the class including medications.
• Your video & microphone must work so you can contribute to the class. If using a cell phone there is a way to split the screen so that you can follow along with the text while keeping your video active.
• When using Zoom change your screen name to your first name only
• Please respect the time of our Instructor and the other participants.  If your question is not class or class content related you can talk to the instructor during the break or email them.
• Any homework assigned is due before the start of the next class.
• No disrespectful activity or language will be tolerated.
