Limits of Online Classes

While many clients view our online classes positively, we cannot guarantee outcomes. Online education is relatively new, and its effectiveness is still being studied, making it potentially experimental. We reserve the right to determine your suitability for online classes. If unsuitable, we will suggest local face-to-face consultation. We are not responsible for crises or emergencies due to the long-distance nature of our services, and you may need a local counselor. We are not liable for service interruptions due to computer malfunctions or loss of electricity/Internet. Contact us if communication is delayed, noting phone lines may be affected by outages.

Inform us of any court, probation, or DMV deadlines to ensure certificate delivery. No refunds will be given for undisclosed deadlines. Class completion timeframes are:

  • Wet Reckless, 14, 15, 16, 18 Hour Classes: 40 days

Refund Guarantee

Refunds are not granted if:

  • The class/evaluation was completed by someone else.
  • The class/evaluation was not completed.
  • The certificate/evaluation was issued over 30 days prior to the refund request.
  • The certificate/evaluation was accepted by one authority but rejected by another (e.g., court vs. DMV).
  • Rejection is due to inaccurate client information.
  • The state does not accept online classes/evaluations without preapproval.
  • Proof of rejection is not provided in a verifiable letter from the authority within 30 days.
  • Proof of rejection cannot be verified.

No refunds for expedited reviews or shipping. Some jurisdictions (e.g., Nevada) prohibit refunds after starting the class, taking the final exam, or failing validation/security questions. It is your responsibility to verify acceptance by the relevant authority.

Chargebacks, Bad Checks

If a chargeback is filed after starting a class, Right Direction Services LLC may release pertinent information to the payment processor, who may contact the DMV, court, attorney, or employer if fraud is suspected.
