How Our Payment Plans Work

We offer flexible payment plans to help you manage the cost of your education. Here is everything you need to know about setting up and maintaining your plan:

Eligibility and Enrollment

• Qualifying Classes: Payment plans are offered for all classes that are 32 hours and up.
• How to Sign Up: You can easily select and set up your payment plan directly during the enrollment process.

Fees and Schedule

• Plan Fee: An additional $35 fee is added to the total balance of all payment plans.
• Payment Schedule: Payments must be made exactly as scheduled. Your installments will be due every 30 days until the balance is paid in full.

Late Payments and Account Suspension

• Grace Period: If you miss a scheduled payment, you have up to 14 days past the due date to submit your payment.
• Suspension and Reactivation: If your payment is not received within those 14 days, your account will be suspended. To reinstate a suspended account, you will be required to pay a $50 reactivation fee along with your past-due balance.
