Victim Impact Classes, also called Victim Impact Panels are commonly required by a judge to assist DUI offenders in changing their driving behavior patterns. A Victims Impact Class is designed to educate the driver on the realities of how their actions impact the community, victims and their families, and the driver’s own family. For out of state or rural clients, you can typically satisfy the court requirements by taking your Victim Impact Class online if a live panel is not available.
