For all clients taking classes please read the following:

1. If you require proof of enrollment, please email your request to support@rightdirectionservices.com please fill out the release form in number 6 with the proper information.
   
2. Upload Drivers License or State Photo Id (Required)
   
3. Upload your evaluation or screening (Only required for Illinois Clients and offenses in Illinois)
   
4. Make sure you fill out any forms in your class.
   
5. Email Special State forms (if you need them filled out.) to support@rightdirectionservices.com
   
6. Once your class is complete, if you need a release form for the Authority requesting you to take this class. This is usually the Court, Probation, your Attorney, the DMV, or Employer. Fill out a Release from for each party you need your Certificate sent to with all the details.  If you need a proof of enrollment, you can download this from the designated area on this page.
   
7. Your Certificate of Completion can be downloaded from the right side of this page once your class has been completed. It is IMPORTANT that you make sure you have added your drivers license number or other State Id. If you do not have a case or ticket number you must put your drivers license number or State Id number in this spot or there will be a blank spot on your certificate.
   
8. Occasionally, there is an error in the printing of a certificate that requires us to complete a manual one. Please email us if your certificate is not printing correctly.
